Solid winch plate that serves the need. I used it (after drilling a few holes) to mount my winch on my 2009 JK. The plate also comes with necessary mounting hardware.

Very easy to install. Very strong. One thing that I would do when installing is mount the winch to the plate first. The front holes for the winch is very close to the bumper so getting a socket to them once the plate is mounted is impossible. Not a problem.
